The author is Dr. Donnie Sullivan. Dr. Sullivan has been teaching pharmacy law to Ohio pharmacy students for the past 23 years. He has conducted the federal and state law review at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy for the Ohio Council of Colleges of Pharmacy for 22 years. He also answers most of the pharmacy law questions received by The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy. In addition, he has done more than 180 presentations on Ohio pharmacy laws for various pharmacy organizations across the state. Dr. Sullivan's students at Ohio Northern University and The Ohio State University have used these resources for more than 22 years to study for the Ohio law exam with more than a 98.7% pass rate.

The booklet also includes questions on federal law as well. The booklet was revised and updated in February of 2019. Several new questions have been adding using the new “select all that apply” question format. The cost is $44.
2) A Review of Ohio and Federal Drug Laws 2019 This booklet takes all the legal jargon out of the law and summarizes it into an easy-to-understand and learn outline format. This booklet has grown in size by 30% in the last 18 months. This booklet allows you to study quickly and time efficiently. It also contains a ranking of the Ohio Laws to help you focus on which ones to spend 2019more time studying. The booklet was fully updated in February 2019. The cost is $44.
