Question:  Do you report my continuing education credit to CPE Monitor? 
Answer:  None of the in-state providers of CE can report to CPE Monitor for any of the 50 states.  The state boards of pharmacy are aware of this and will be accepting paper certificates until NABP gets this fixed.  Therefore, we always send a paper certificate of completion for all of our programs. 


Question:  Can I submit my answer sheet online?
Answer:  No.  You must mail in your completed answer sheet with a check or money order to: Pharmacy Education Unlimited, P.O. Box 383, Columbus, OH 43216.

Question:  Do you report my medication errors credit to CE Broker for the State of Florida?
Answer:  Yes.  We are required by the Florida Board of Pharmacy to report your credit to CE Broker for you.

Question:  Do you take credit cards?
Answer:  No.  Currently we only accept checks or money orders.

Question:  If I want to complete several programs at once, can I write one check for all of programs?
Answer:  Yes.  You can write one check for as many programs as you want to submit.

Question:  What if I lose or misplace my certificate of completion?
Answer:  Call or e-mail us and we will replace it for free!

Question:  What if I am having trouble downloading programs from your website?
Answer:  Call or e-mail us and we will mail copies directly to your home address.

Question:  I have a friend or co-worker who needs CE. Can I make extra copies or share programs I download from your website?
Answer:  You are welcome to share or make extra copies of any of our programs from the website.                              

Question:  I need a receipt for payment to submit to my employer to get reimbursed.  Do you provide a receipt?           
Answer:  On you answer sheet, just write a note that you need a receipt and we will include one with your certificate.  You can also drop us an e-mail.

Question: How long does it take to receive my certificate of completion?
Answer:  Most certificates are mailed within 5-7 days of when we receive it.  

Question:  What if I never receive my certificate of completion?  
Answer:  About 15-20 certificates a year get lost in the mail.  If you realize you never received your certificate of completion, call or e-mail us and we will send another one to you at no charge.
